Home Learning #21

End of Year Production

  • We need some solid ideas for the feature length film.
  • This years theme: Believe, Persist, Succeed
    • However, after seeing some of the videos from BYOD day, I think we must include at least some kind of horror/scary section because you guys acted and filmed that really well.
  • Make a storyboard for your film idea. The more detail and info the more people will understand it and the more likely it is to get chosen.
    • Remember, what you want isn't necessarily what everyone else wants. An all singing, all dancing extravaganza might be your thing but might not be someone else's. Be inclusive.

Maths
  • Maths A
  • Maths B
    • I think it might open in a pop up, which your browser may try to block.
Literacy
  • Reading
    • Read, then read, then read some more.
    • Blog about a book you have read over the Easter holidays
      • Why did you choose it? What did you like about it? What didn't you like about it? Who would you recommend it to? Why?
  • Grammar
    • I had to edit this after I realised no-one took a grammar handout. I know I didn't really 'sell' them but I thought at least one person might want one. Oh well, too bad.
      • CLICK HERE - This might take a bit of time to load
      • Make a note of your answers and we'll go over them in class when we get back.
  • School Spooky Story
    • Go on and uplevel your story.
    • Make sure it is the best you can do. Think about the appearance.
    • If you filmed a scene try and add that.
  • WWW - News reports
    • Has your group finished their report?
    • If not, get it done!
