      • 20 times on your own

  • Remember, I'm going to start clamping down on inadequate levels of work. This is three weeks worth of home learning - make sure it looks like you have done that amount or you won't be on the list of winners.

Literacy

  • Talk Home Learning
    • I want you to persuade people to buy your invention.
    • This is the sort of thing you are going to need in your TED presentation
  • Spellings
    • Back by popular demand
    • CLICK HERE
    • This is an important thing to read, even if you don't learn the spellings
    • There are a few American spellings in here - can you spot them?
    • Six of the spellings will be from the first three points
  • Grammar Goggles
    • Find six examples of an article in things you read.
    • Get people at home to look as well.
    • Think about getting a mix of indefinite articles and definite articles




Maths

  • Mental Maths are coming home if we can find the transcript
  • Hopefully the other papers are also on their way home as well.
Debate Club
  • The theme is Easter - if you need some help speak to someone who knows about the festival. Mrs Wilson is a good start at school but you might know someone else at home.

    • We need to start thinking about building the prototypes
    • Begin gathering materials that can be used to create your product - like recyclable junk such as empty plastic bottles and boxes etc...
